11月29日，山東省跨境電子商務(wù)協(xié)會在濟南谷歌體驗中心舉行會長辦公會，協(xié)會會長、執(zhí)行會長、副會長、常務(wù)理事等領(lǐng)導齊聚一堂，商討協(xié)會在2020年的工作重點以及未來三年的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。會上，新老成員互相認識交流，并針對會議主題踴躍發(fā)言，會議取得圓滿成功。
On November 29, Shandong cross border E-Commerce Association held a chairman's office meeting in Jinan Google experience center, where the president, executive president, vice president, executive director and other leaders gathered to discuss the work focus of the association in 2020 and the strategic plan for the next three years. 秦長嶺會長總結(jié)協(xié)會本年度重點工作，高度評價分支機構(gòu)、核心會員和秘書處在協(xié)會建設(shè)中做出的積極貢獻。
President Qin Changling summed up the key work of the association this year and spoke highly of the positive contributions made by the branches, core members and the Secretariat in the construction of the association.
為響應(yīng)黨中央“不忘初心,牢記使命”的號召，協(xié)會支部書記吳寶平在正式議程開始之前，為在座的班子成員帶來了一堂黨課，以黨的精神、黨的理論洗禮心靈，激發(fā)斗志，指引方向。

三家優(yōu)秀分支機構(gòu)代表分享工作開展經(jīng)驗。聊城代表處（聊城鴻遠國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)有限公司）本年度已經(jīng)舉辦45項跨境電商與外貿(mào)活動，在組織企業(yè)出國參展方面亮點突出；濰坊代表處（山東壽光中印軟件園發(fā)展中心）依托園區(qū)，免除入駐的跨境電商企業(yè)物業(yè)費，并為其向上級部門申請政策惠利；濱州代表處（山東華拓網(wǎng)絡(luò)科技有限公司）將平臺引入產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)，將大數(shù)據(jù)引入產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化建設(shè)，并與高校合作開展人才培育。
Representatives of three excellent branches share their work experience. Liaocheng Representative Office (Liaocheng Hongyuan International Trade Service Co., Ltd.) has held 45 cross-border e-commerce and foreign trade activities this year, with outstanding highlights in organizing enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions; Weifang Representative Office (Shandong Shouguang Sino India Software Park Development Center) relies on the park, exempts the property fees of cross-border e-commerce enterprises settled in, and applies for policy benefits to its superior departments; Binzhou Representative Office (Shandong Huatuo Network Technology Co., Ltd.) will introduce the platform into the industrial park, introduce big data into the industrial optimization construction, and cooperate with universities to carry out talent cultivation.

對于協(xié)會工作規(guī)劃，大家紛紛發(fā)言討論，指出目前招聘難、融資難、市場開拓難是制約跨境電商企業(yè)發(fā)展三大問題，希望協(xié)會能夠圍繞這三大問題協(xié)調(diào)資源，搭建橋梁，為企業(yè)帶來實用性高、操作性強的解決方案與相關(guān)服務(wù)。至于具體行動，執(zhí)行會長劉方義提出，一是要進一步增進協(xié)會與分支機構(gòu)、核心會員之間的合作與配合，二是充分發(fā)揮會員中跨境電商服務(wù)商的服務(wù)功能，三是協(xié)會要真正走出國門，在國外為會員提供高效便捷的跨境電商服務(wù)。
As for the work plan of the association, everyone spoke and discussed in succession, pointing out that the current difficulties in recruitment, financing and market development are the three major problems restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises. We hope that the association can coordinate resources around these three problems, build bridges, and bring practical and operational solutions and related services to enterprises. As for specific actions, Liu Fangyi, executive chairman, proposed that first, the cooperation and cooperation between the association and its branches and core members should be further enhanced; second, the service functions of cross-border e-commerce service providers among its members should be given full play; third, the association should truly go abroad to provide efficient and convenient cross-border e-commerce services for its members abroad.

會議的最后，秦長嶺會長做總結(jié)發(fā)言，指出要做好協(xié)會建設(shè)工作，一是要統(tǒng)一思想，上下齊心為會員服務(wù)；二是充分發(fā)揮每一個代表處、分會與核心會員單位的作用，多開展活動，特別是跨國服務(wù)；三是做好海外倉聯(lián)盟的組織、推廣與管理，在市場目標國為會員企業(yè)提供本地化服務(wù)；四是會員之間，特別是核心會員企業(yè)之間要加強學習、交流，積極開展深入合作，實現(xiàn)互相促進，共同發(fā)展。
At the end of the meeting, President Qin Changling made a summary speech and pointed out that to do a good job in the construction of the association, first, we should unify our thinking and work together for the members; second, we should give full play to the role of each representative office, branch and core member unit, and carry out more activities, especially transnational services; third, we should do a good job in the organization, promotion and management of the overseas warehouse alliance, and serve the member enterprises in the market target countries The industry provides localized services; fourth, members, especially core member enterprises, should strengthen learning and exchange, actively carry out in-depth cooperation, and achieve mutual promotion and common development.
