臨清市商務(wù)和投資促進(jìn)局副局長張紹山為啟動會會主持并致辭，近年來，臨清市認(rèn)真貫徹落實習(xí)近平總書記關(guān)于山東“打造對外開放新高地”的重要指示精神，大力實施對外開放戰(zhàn)略，著力推進(jìn)外貿(mào)出口基地建設(shè)，增強(qiáng)外貿(mào)競爭新優(yōu)勢，推動對外開放步伐不斷加快、質(zhì)效持續(xù)提升，2019年被認(rèn)定為“省級外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型升級試點縣（市、區(qū)）”。
