9月2日，山東外貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院刁建東院長帶隊來訪聊城。上午，至臨清市煙店鎮(zhèn)參觀考察。臨清市商務(wù)和投資促進局局長朱榮光、副局長張紹山、煙店鎮(zhèn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)王紹軍、聊城鴻遠國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)有限公司董事長侯敏、山東新騰威進出口有限公司董事長汪冰等陪同出席。
刁建東一行先后到華工軸承、宇捷軸承、連城智造小鎮(zhèn)融歐產(chǎn)業(yè)園、軸承市場等參觀考察，深入企業(yè)研發(fā)中心、生產(chǎn)車間現(xiàn)場查看軸承生產(chǎn)情況，認真聽取相關(guān)負責(zé)人對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、市場前景、外貿(mào)規(guī)劃等情況的介紹，詳細了解煙店鎮(zhèn)軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展狀況。
座談會上，刁建東院長對煙店鎮(zhèn)開拓進取、包容開放的深厚文化底蘊及濃厚的干事創(chuàng)業(yè)氛圍給予高度評價，對煙店鎮(zhèn)軸承進出口貿(mào)易給予充分肯定。他建議，臨清市及煙店鎮(zhèn)相關(guān)政府應(yīng)充分調(diào)動社會資源，出臺相關(guān)外貿(mào)福利政策，提振企業(yè)信心，挖掘企業(yè)潛力，增加當?shù)赝赓Q(mào)進出口效益；并建議當?shù)剌S承企業(yè)要依托政府政策，利用本地出色的工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)，不斷提升產(chǎn)品競爭力，優(yōu)化企業(yè)管理服務(wù)，進一步提升軸承產(chǎn)業(yè)外貿(mào)貿(mào)易規(guī)模和競爭力。
9月2日下午，至聊城鴻遠國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)有限公司就聊城高新區(qū)跨境電商工作與高新區(qū)相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)進行洽談。聊城市商務(wù)和投資促進局黨組書記、局長張銀東、高新區(qū)管委會副主任徐甲、市商務(wù)和投資促進局外貿(mào)科副科長張廣法、高新區(qū)投資促進部副部長幺麗娜、聊城鴻遠國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)有限公司董事長侯敏等出席座談會。
座談會上，山東外貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院刁建東院長、跨境電子商務(wù)系張鵬剛主任認真聽取了聊城市高新區(qū)總體發(fā)展狀況，轄區(qū)內(nèi)企事業(yè)規(guī)模、外貿(mào)進出口企業(yè)規(guī)模及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并針對聊城跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè)及運營情況進行交流并提出相關(guān)建議。
刁建東院長表示，學(xué)院將積極做好人才培養(yǎng)工作，提升外貿(mào)企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級，希望能夠加強與聊城市的溝通聯(lián)系，為聊城市外貿(mào)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展起到積極促進作用。張鵬剛主任建議，為促進聊城市外貿(mào)企業(yè)發(fā)展，一方面需當?shù)卣跋嚓P(guān)部門出臺相關(guān)優(yōu)惠政策，扶持外貿(mào)企業(yè)發(fā)展，大力鼓勵進出口業(yè)務(wù)；另一方面針對能做零售的終端銷售類產(chǎn)品，應(yīng)提高相關(guān)企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能力，包括前端的網(wǎng)站搭建、商城建設(shè)及銷售，后端的產(chǎn)品升級、售后服務(wù)意識及水平。

Diao Jiandong and his entourage visited Huagong Bearings, Yujie Bearings, Liancheng Intelligent Manufacturing Town Rongou Industrial Park, Bearing Market, etc., went to the enterprise R&D center and production workshop to check the bearing production on-site, and listened carefully to the relevant person in charge on the development of the industry and the market. An introduction to prospects, foreign trade planning, etc., and a detailed understanding of the current development status of the bearing industry in Yandian Town.
At the symposium, Dean Diao Jiandong spoke highly of Yandian Town’s pioneering, inclusive and open cultural heritage and strong entrepreneurial atmosphere, and fully affirmed Yandian Town’s bearing import and export trade. He suggested that the relevant governments of Linqing City and Yandian Town should fully mobilize social resources and introduce relevant foreign trade welfare policies to boost corporate confidence, tap corporate potential, and increase local foreign trade import and export benefits; and suggested that local bearing companies should rely on government policies. Make use of the excellent local industrial foundation, continuously improve product competitiveness, optimize enterprise management services, and further enhance the scale and competitiveness of foreign trade in the bearing industry.

At the symposium, Diao Jiandong, Dean of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, and Zhang Penggang, Director of the Cross-border E-commerce Department, listened carefully to the overall development of Liaocheng High-tech Zone, the scale of enterprises in the area, the scale of foreign trade import and export enterprises and the development status, and targeted Liaocheng cross-border Communicate on the construction and operation of the e-commerce industrial park and put forward relevant suggestions.
Dean Diao Jiandong said that the college will actively do a good job in personnel training and upgrade the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade enterprises, hoping to strengthen communication with Liaocheng City, and play a positive role in promoting the development of Liaocheng's foreign trade industry. After the symposium, under the leadership of Director Zhang Yindong of the Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion, Dean Diao Jiandong and his entourage went to Liaocheng Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park for a visit. Dean Diao highly praised and affirmed the construction scale, development concept and prospect planning of the Liaocheng cross-border e-commerce industrial park. He pointed out that cross-border e-commerce is a major trend in the development of international trade. Industrial development needs to cultivate an ecological circle and form a development trend of industrial agglomeration, and further attention should be paid to the training of professional talents.
Dean Diao Jiandong’s visit this time affirmed the relevant achievements in the development of the import and export business of foreign trade enterprises in Liaocheng and Linqing, and also addressed the difficulties and difficulties encountered in the development of our city’s foreign trade enterprises and the operation of cross-border e-commerce industrial parks. Difficulties were sorted out and guided. In the next step, Liaocheng will strengthen cooperation with Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, and continue to play a leading and exemplary role in promoting system innovation, model innovation, and talent training.
座談會后，在市商務(wù)和投資促進局張銀東局長的帶領(lǐng)下，刁建東院長一行前往聊城跨境電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行參觀考察。刁院長對聊城跨境電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的建設(shè)規(guī)模、發(fā)展理念、前景規(guī)劃給予了高度的評價及肯定。他指出，跨境電商是當前國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展的一大趨勢，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要培育生態(tài)圈、形成產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集發(fā)展態(tài)勢，更要進一步注重專業(yè)化人才培養(yǎng)。
刁建東院長此次來訪，對聊城市及臨清市外貿(mào)企業(yè)進出口業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展取得的相關(guān)成績進行了肯定，也針對我市外貿(mào)企業(yè)發(fā)展及跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園運營過程中遇到的困難和難點進行了梳理及指導(dǎo)。下一步，聊城市將與山東外貿(mào)職業(yè)學(xué)院加強對接合作，繼續(xù)在推動制度創(chuàng)新、模式創(chuàng)新、人才培養(yǎng)等方面發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)示范作用。
