總經(jīng)理侯敏對(duì)各部門(mén)以及個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)拓展和完成情況給予充分懇定，并設(shè)立了銷(xiāo)售冠軍獎(jiǎng)、最佳團(tuán)隊(duì)獎(jiǎng)、最佳進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)、最佳創(chuàng)新獎(jiǎng)對(duì)先進(jìn)部門(mén)和個(gè)人頒發(fā)獎(jiǎng)杯。智慧創(chuàng)造價(jià)值，責(zé)任成就未來(lái)，我們是一支有凝聚力，執(zhí)行力，勇于創(chuàng)新，銳意進(jìn)取的團(tuán)隊(duì)，2021實(shí)現(xiàn)了大發(fā)展、大跨越。總經(jīng)理侯敏對(duì)年終總結(jié)提出來(lái)幾點(diǎn)要求，要以工作成果、工作亮點(diǎn)、問(wèn)題分析、未來(lái)規(guī)劃，為切入點(diǎn)深入剖析查擺不足，揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短為今年工作打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ) 。
各部門(mén)均以PPT的形式匯報(bào)、展現(xiàn)一年的工作情況，未來(lái)的規(guī)劃，并對(duì)山東利貿(mào)通外貿(mào)及跨境電商綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)、聊城跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園均提出了建設(shè)性合理化意見(jiàn)。
