7月26日，聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會第一屆一次全體會員大會暨成立大會在聊城跨境電商產(chǎn)業(yè)園召開。聊城市工業(yè)和信息化局黨組成員、副局長、市非公有制經(jīng)濟發(fā)展服務(wù)局副局長吳明啟、聊城市行政審批服務(wù)局社會事務(wù)審批科科長路延民、聊城鴻遠國際貿(mào)易服務(wù)有限公司總經(jīng)理侯敏及相關(guān)負責(zé)同志出席了成立大會。 ? ? ? 吳明啟在致詞中闡述了當(dāng)前形勢下聯(lián)合會成立的重要意義，以及今后在服務(wù)聊城市中小企業(yè)工作中的重要作用，并對聯(lián)合會和每位會員下一步的工作提出了要求和希望。聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會由十二家業(yè)內(nèi)企業(yè)機構(gòu)發(fā)起籌備成立，會員單位基本囊括了聊城在數(shù)字化、信息化、投融資、培訓(xùn)、管理咨詢、法律、財稅、人力資源、品牌咨詢等領(lǐng)域的47家服務(wù)機構(gòu)。?聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會的性質(zhì)，是全市各中小企業(yè)以及有關(guān)經(jīng)濟、科研、法律和相關(guān)知名人士組成的綜合服務(wù)機構(gòu)、非營利性社會組織。成立的主要目的，致力打造一個由各類有權(quán)威的綜合性、專業(yè)化中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)組成的開放式、緊密型合作組織，構(gòu)建一個各服務(wù)機構(gòu)之間加強協(xié)作、資源共享、發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢、溝通信息、合作共贏，促進中小企業(yè)全面發(fā)展的平臺。? ? ?? ? ? ??會上，由聊城市市行政審批服務(wù)局社會事務(wù)審批科路延民科長宣讀了批準(zhǔn)成立聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會的批文，審議通過《聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會章程》、《聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會選舉辦法》及各項管理制度，并選舉產(chǎn)生聯(lián)合會理事、監(jiān)事。理事會選舉產(chǎn)生第一屆會長、副會長、秘書長。 ? ? ? 盈濤當(dāng)選聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會第一屆會長。盈濤在成立大會上表示將緊緊圍繞著聯(lián)合會的宗旨，恪盡職守，竭盡全力，認(rèn)真履行職責(zé)，以實際行動感謝各位的信任和支持，通過進一步完善工作機制，加強聯(lián)合會自身建設(shè)，充分發(fā)揮行業(yè)自律功能，拓寬交流合作的渠道，加強聯(lián)合會內(nèi)外交流合作，努力使聯(lián)合會真正成為會員單位的聯(lián)絡(luò)者、協(xié)調(diào)者、服務(wù)者，成為會員一個溫暖的“家”。 ?????會上，新成立的聊城市中小企業(yè)服務(wù)機構(gòu)聯(lián)合會與山東聊城留學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)園還舉行了戰(zhàn)略合作單位簽約儀式。戰(zhàn)略合作為賦能聊城中小企業(yè)聯(lián)合會提供精準(zhǔn)專家人才、項目資源一對一對接的“按需所才”高精準(zhǔn)專家。雙方強強聯(lián)合，將為加速推動聊城高質(zhì)量發(fā)展做出重要貢獻。 On July 26, the first general meeting and inaugural meeting of the Liaocheng Small and Medium Enterprise Service Organization Federation was held in the Liaocheng Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park.
