張夏恒博士主要從跨境電商迎來黃金十年、跨境電商發(fā)展頂層設計、近期跨境電商政策解讀、跨境電商發(fā)展難點解析、跨境電商發(fā)展趨勢研判等方面詳細講解了跨境電商相關業(yè)務知識,并通過開放式交流,為企業(yè)解答政策解讀過程中的疑惑以及政策落實過程中的流程審批問題,結合實際展開討論了跨境電商近期政策為相關企業(yè)帶來的便利。
