臨清市商務(wù)和投資促進(jìn)局副局長(zhǎng)張紹山最后培訓(xùn)會(huì)做總結(jié)，今天的培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容既有外貿(mào)政策宣講、又涉及客戶開發(fā)、業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)，內(nèi)容詳實(shí)，可操作性強(qiáng)，希望大家按照培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容，結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際，抓好貫徹落實(shí)，促進(jìn)企業(yè)進(jìn)一步做強(qiáng)做大。下面我就抓好全市外貿(mào)工作講三點(diǎn)意見：

一、我市外貿(mào)總體情況。今年以來，面對(duì)突如其來的新冠肺炎疫情，我市積極落實(shí)上級(jí)關(guān)于“穩(wěn)外貿(mào)”的各項(xiàng)決策部署，統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)疫情防控和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展工作，疫情沖擊下我市外貿(mào)企業(yè)表現(xiàn)出了良好的抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力和較強(qiáng)的韌性。在我市主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的推動(dòng)下，一站式關(guān)稅平臺(tái)即將投入運(yùn)營，內(nèi)陸港加快擴(kuò)容升級(jí)，各有關(guān)部門上下聯(lián)動(dòng)協(xié)同發(fā)力，我們有信心同廣大外貿(mào)企業(yè)共克時(shí)艱，扭轉(zhuǎn)外貿(mào)下滑態(tài)勢(shì)。

二、要進(jìn)一步提升對(duì)開展國際貿(mào)易重要性的認(rèn)識(shí)。在疫情面前，企業(yè)主動(dòng)求新求變，通過開拓國際市場(chǎng)，力爭(zhēng)在新一輪洗牌中占得先機(jī)，經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大背景下，國際貿(mào)易業(yè)務(wù)的全面發(fā)展對(duì)企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展具有重要意義。一是能夠提高企業(yè)效益。通過對(duì)外發(fā)展國際貿(mào)易強(qiáng)化品質(zhì)管理，從而提高企業(yè)的效益，國際貿(mào)易并非只是發(fā)展與國際上其他國家的貿(mào)易，其中國際化的管理，也會(huì)帶動(dòng)本企業(yè)的管理進(jìn)步。二是在產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中出于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位。企業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中，想要出于優(yōu)勢(shì)地位，就要讓自己的產(chǎn)品，在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中處于不敗的地位。通過發(fā)展國際貿(mào)易，可以讓產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)大化，并在國際市場(chǎng)上尋找到更多的出路，從而有效化解部分企業(yè)“產(chǎn)能過?！钡碾y題。三是有利于國際間的經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)的交流。企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開與外界的交流，尤其是技術(shù)上的交流，技術(shù)的進(jìn)步可以大大的提高企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)力。國際水平代表的是本行業(yè)的最高水平，在國際貿(mào)易中，有利于國際間的經(jīng)濟(jì)與技術(shù)交流，從而也就有利于企業(yè)自身能力的提高。

三、要進(jìn)一步提高服務(wù)企業(yè)的能力。服務(wù)是政府部門指導(dǎo)企業(yè)的有效手段。這次我們舉辦培訓(xùn)班，就是回應(yīng)和滿足企業(yè)的需求，是一種服務(wù)企業(yè)的有效手段和方法。這次培訓(xùn)班的課程內(nèi)容設(shè)置都是經(jīng)過充分考慮而精心安排的，針對(duì)性很強(qiáng)。今后，我們還要繼續(xù)開展這樣的服務(wù)企業(yè)活動(dòng)，主動(dòng)上門服務(wù)，大膽探索服務(wù)企業(yè)模式和方式，要大力培育外貿(mào)綜合服務(wù)企業(yè)，為中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)提供全程外貿(mào)供應(yīng)鏈服務(wù)，培育我市外貿(mào)出口新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。

2、We should further enhance our understanding of the importance of international trade. In the face of the epidemic, enterprises take the initiative to seek new and change, and strive to take the lead in the new round of reshuffle by opening up the international market. Under the background of economic globalization, the comprehensive development of international trade business is of great significance to the future development of enterprises. First, it can improve the efficiency of enterprises. Through the development of international trade to strengthen quality management, so as to improve the efficiency of enterprises, international trade is not only to develop trade with other countries in the world, among which international management will also promote the management progress of the enterprise.
