培訓(xùn)在RCEP協(xié)定貿(mào)易、投資與規(guī)則解讀。就RCEP貨物貿(mào)易、原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則、海關(guān)程序與貿(mào)易便利化、服務(wù)貿(mào)易、投資等方面優(yōu)惠政策進(jìn)行分析，并就如何發(fā)揮山東優(yōu)勢，深化與RCEP成員國貿(mào)易投資合作進(jìn)行解讀，為企業(yè)用好國際規(guī)則提供支持。原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則和簽證操作實(shí)務(wù)培訓(xùn)。結(jié)合RCEP降稅安排，進(jìn)行原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則、簽證操作等實(shí)務(wù)培訓(xùn)，指導(dǎo)企業(yè)在外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)操中應(yīng)用原產(chǎn)地規(guī)則充分享受優(yōu)惠關(guān)稅與政策福利。
