全球知名能源咨詢顧問公司伍德麥肯茲(Wood Mackenzie)的一份報告顯示,全球海上風(fēng)電運(yùn)維(O&M)市場預(yù)計(jì)每年增長16%,到2029年將達(dá)到120億美元,屆時中國將成為最大的市場。
根據(jù)報告,按地區(qū)劃分,歐洲仍是最大的海上運(yùn)維市場,到2029年將達(dá)到66億美元,而亞洲和美國快速擴(kuò)張的市場可能會給國內(nèi)以及國際投資者帶來新的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。
2021年2月25日,根據(jù)全球風(fēng)能理事會(GWEC)發(fā)布的最新數(shù)據(jù):目前,全球海上風(fēng)電裝機(jī)已經(jīng)超過35GW,幾乎是五年前的三倍。英國依然是海上風(fēng)電裝機(jī)最多的國家,總裝機(jī)量超過10GW,中國則超過德國,成為全球海上風(fēng)電裝機(jī)第二多的國家。
而2020年,全球海上風(fēng)電新增裝機(jī)超過6GW,為歷史最高水平。中國連續(xù)第三年成為海上風(fēng)電最大市場,2020年新增海上風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)容量超過3GW,占到全球增量的一半。歐洲市場保持穩(wěn)定增長,荷蘭以近1.5GW的新增裝機(jī)排在全球第二位,比利時、英國、德國排在第三到五位。
此前,歐洲風(fēng)能協(xié)會WindEurope發(fā)布了2020年度歐洲海上風(fēng)電統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。2020年歐洲海上風(fēng)電新增裝機(jī)291.8萬千瓦,比2019年減少了70多萬千瓦的新增規(guī)模,但累計(jì)裝機(jī)仍超過了25GW大關(guān),最終達(dá)到2501.4萬千瓦的規(guī)模。
從國內(nèi)市場看,在“3060”碳排放目標(biāo)的指引下,廣東、江蘇、浙江等沿海省份近期陸續(xù)發(fā)布十四五新能源規(guī)劃,重點(diǎn)推進(jìn)海上風(fēng)電發(fā)展,僅上述三省新裝機(jī)容量就超過32GW,海上風(fēng)電迎來發(fā)展“黃金期”。
國信證券認(rèn)為,粵蘇浙三省積極推進(jìn)海上風(fēng)電發(fā)展,掃清海上風(fēng)電龍頭企業(yè)的估值障礙,全球海上風(fēng)電市場是具有10年5倍成長性的黃金賽道,國內(nèi)龍頭企業(yè)憑借與國際比肩的技術(shù)積累和市場基礎(chǔ),有望在十四五期間順利打開國際市場。
"我們希望看到針對高補(bǔ)貼項(xiàng)目(包括近岸和小型渦輪機(jī))開發(fā)的O&M戰(zhàn)略正在發(fā)展,以適應(yīng)大型渦輪機(jī)和補(bǔ)貼減少的新市場格局。隨著整體運(yùn)維市場的增長,這些變化將為海上風(fēng)電領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有和新的參與者帶來新的機(jī)會。"伍德麥肯茲的高級分析師Shimeng Yang說。

Statistics show that 356 new grid connected wind turbines will be added in Europe in 2019, involving 12 offshore wind farms and 5 countries.
From the domestic market, under the guidance of the "3060" carbon emission target, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other coastal provinces have recently successively issued the new energy planning of the 14th five year plan, focusing on promoting the development of offshore wind power. The newly installed capacity of the above three provinces alone exceeds 32gw, ushering in the "golden period" of offshore wind power development.
Guosen Securities believes that Guangdong, Jiangsu and Zhejiang actively promote the development of offshore wind power and remove the valuation obstacles of leading offshore wind power enterprises. The global offshore wind power market is a golden track with a growth rate of 5 times in 10 years. Domestic leading enterprises are expected to successfully open the international market during the 14th Five Year Plan period by virtue of their technology accumulation and market foundation.
"We would like to see the development of O & M strategies for high subsidy projects (including offshore and small turbines) to adapt to the new market pattern of large turbines and reduced subsidies. With the growth of the overall operation and maintenance market, these changes will bring new opportunities for existing and new participants in the offshore wind power field. As manufacturers devote more resources to O & M services for newer and larger turbine models, the report highlights that the aging turbine fleet presents "significant opportunities" for independent service providers and in-house experts.
Finlay Clark, research assistant at wood McKenzie, said: "as turbine complexity and project size continue to soar, the same innovative O & M practices must be adopted to cope with the design and manufacturing innovations that adapt to the rapid growth of turbine capacity.
"China will become the largest offshore wind power operation and maintenance market in the world."
The analysis emphasizes that China is expected to surpass the UK and become the world's largest single offshore wind power operation and maintenance market, with an increase of 41gw throughout the 2020's, resulting in a total installed capacity of 49gw, equivalent to an OPEX opportunity of US $2 billion.
